Do you have my part in stock?

Call us on 07 5597 0400 with your make, model and year and we will check the shelves while you are on the phone. If we do not have it, we can usually source it used from our network or quote a new aftermarket part.

Are your used parts tested?

Mechanical and electrical parts are checked before they leave the yard and we tell you what we know about the donor vehicle, including kilometres where we have them.

Do you offer a warranty on used parts?

Yes, most mechanical parts come with a warranty period. Ask our team for the terms on the specific part you are buying.

Can I get the part delivered?

Yes. We deliver across the Gold Coast, often same day, and we post smaller parts Australia wide. Larger items like engines and gearboxes go by freight.

Do you sell new parts as well as used?

Yes. If a used part is not the right call, we quote a new aftermarket alternative so you can compare.

What do I need to tell you when I call?

Make, model, year and colour, plus your registration or VIN if you have it handy. For mirrors and lights, tell us which side. That is normally enough for us to find the exact match.
